Sunday Dinner wouldn’t be Sunday Dinner without Yorkshire puds but no matter what I try I can’t seem to get those huge yummy looking ones that you see on the TV!
The recipe that I use is 100g of plain flour, 1/2 pint milk and 2 eggs. I heat the oven to the hottest temperature and then preheat the oil in my pudding tins. I do everything that the TV chef’s say but…..
They just don’t work out right. If anyone has a better recipe or method that they want to share with me, please feel free….
