Fashion Friday – Charity Shop Style….

It’s no secret that Miss Frugal loves her clothes and she has such great style that sometimes I can’t help myself and I do let her buy clothes that she doesn’t necessarily need (unless you count really, really, really wanting something as needing)!

BUT, as I’m trying to teach her, money doesn’t grow on trees so she does have a budget when we’re clothes shopping and she’s quickly learning that she’ll get more clothes for her money on eBay, in the sales section of shops or in charity shops.
I gave her £10 a few weeks ago to buy some new Summery bits and bobs and she did a brilliant job, although we went in every single charity shop within a 10 mile radius I think!

She’s over the moon with them so the moral of this story is to always check out you local charity shops when you’re clothes shopping!

wow you are one stylish young lady, well done .I love charity shops and car boots I am lucky that even my boys 9,11 and 13 still don't mind and my 3 year old daughter has her own ideas as to what her style is and has a good look with me.keep up the great work little lady you also look so summery .

Wow - well done her. I am rubbish at charity shops - although I'm quite good at sales! She looks great and I know what it's like having a little fashionista - my eldest likes her clothes too! Maybe I should do this with her.

I think that's an awesome thing to teach the kids the love for a bargain. I get loads of stuff for little Mr on eBay and during sales. Some great finds for £10, I'd be so proud of her :)

Love the one of her in the tree, very stylish. Tell Miss Frugal never to dye her hair, so many girls with red hair go lighter or darker as they get older but it really is her crowning glory xx

She has got a good variety from the money. She has great taste in clothes. It's great that she is learning how much clothes can cost and how to spend money more wisely. I should start looking in charity shops more.
