Today I’m sharing six new meal plan templates for you to use to keep track of your weekly meal plans. 😇
I’ve been really good lately about sharing my weekly meal plans over on Meal Planning Made Easy which is my much often neglected meal planning blog. Today’s weekly meal plan post is up now if you want to have a nosey at what we’re going to be eating this week.
I did kind of go of the meal planning rails when Lockdown hit in March and ended up spending way more than usual on food mainly because of a lack of time to plan and to actually cook the meals I wanted to cook but also because the kids were at home all day with not much to do so they’d just snack all day and not be hungry by the time I came in from work ready to cook.
It wasn’t until the kids went back to school and college that I started to get properly organised again but even then, I still wasn’t in most days at tea time so I needed to make sure there was a clear plan in place for tea.
That’s where these meal planning templates come in super handy as I print one out on a Sunday night and put it on the fridge door so we know what we’re eating and when. I plan a few meals that the kids can help out with cooking for me and I’ve got no shame so there’ll usually be at least one super easy beans on toast kind/toasties and soup kind of meal.
I could (and sometimes do) just write my meal plan on a scrap of paper or on the back of an envelope but I do like a bit of pretty so these pretty meal plan templates are perfect for me!
But before I share them with you, I want to remind you to be kind to yourself when planning your meals. If you’re a student yourself or professional juggling busy schedules, meal planning and cooking isn’t always an option. Sometimes, you need a little extra support to handle academic responsibilities. That’s where services like help write my research paper come in handy, offering custom research papers to help lighten the load.
Anyway, back to meal planning templates – here’s the one’s I’ve made so far…
Just click on the photos above and you’ll be able to print out the PDF versions.
Happy planning!
