My recipe for Actifry Fajitas is actually so simple that I feel like a bit of a fraud calling it a recipe. It’s currently our favourite meal though so I thought it was worth a share today.
I’ve been after an Actifry for ages and last month, I finally caved and bought one when I saw them on offer in B&M for about £30 cheaper than I’d seen it anywhere else. I don’t think I’ve quite converted to the Actifry fan club but I’ve got high hopes for when I’ve got the hang of it.
So far, I’ve used it for chips which are OK and these Actifry Fajitas which the kids have informed me are that good that they make buying the Actifry worth buying just for them. 😂
Ready-made or Homemade Fajita Spice Blend?
So, I do have a couple of sachets of Old El Paso Fajita spice mix in my cupboards just in case the kids fancy making this as I know that it’s enough effort for them to chop the pepper and pop the ingredients into the Actifry that expecting them to make their own spice blend would tip them over the edge and they’d go for beans on toast instead. 😂
In fact, I’m 99% sure that they think I use the same sachets when I cook it but I actually make up a quick spice blend of my own. It’s really easy to make and is basically just a mix of the below:
- ½ tbsp chilli powder
- 2 tbsp sweet smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
This is fab added to rice and pasta instead of serving it in wraps!Actifry Fajitas Recipe....

What to serve with Actifry Fajitas?
We serve ours with homemade guacamole, sour cream and grated mozzarella. The kids have theirs in a wrap but I prefer mine as a rice bowl so I have rice with mine instead.
If you have an Actifry then this is definitely something you should try!
