Calming essential oils sleep spray….
I've mentioned my homemade essential oils sleep spray a few times now and today, I'm finally getting around to sharing it with you so you can make your own if you want to have a go.It's a calming blend of lavender and cedarwood essential oils an it's so cheap to make as I bought my essential oils from the chemist near us for a couple of pounds each and it feels like I've hardly used any out of them yet despite me making this sleep spray a good few times now.I first started making it when I went back to work in January as I was having trouble switching off on a night which meant that … [Read more...]
Five Frugal Things I’ve done this week {19th May 2017}….
1) Last weekend we had a family day out at Flamingo Land!Anyone who's been to Flamingo Land will probably know that it's far from a frugal day out with the entrance fee being £38.50 per person but we found some buy one get one free vouchers on HotDealsUK so we got in for half price. The Gardens at Wynyard Hall in the Spring….
Last weekend we decided to leave the kids at home in bed for a cheeky Sunday morning lie in and head to Wynyard Hall Gardens to have a look around as we keep hearing about how they're a lovely place to spend a few hours.I had a look on the website before we set off and found that there's lots to do there - there's a Walled Garden, a Marquee Garden, an Edible Garden, a Victorian-inspired Glasshouse, a little Farm Shop and a Café serving yummy looking homemade cake. I think it was the cake that swung it for Mr Frugal as he's not really a wander around a garden kind of guy - he says it … [Read more...]
