What do you do on a night….
I have an odd question for you....What do you do on a night, after the kids have gone to bed?Mr Frugal is a bit of a computer geek which means that four or five nights a week, as soon as the kids have gone to bed, he'll turn on his computer and that'll be the last I see of him until about ten o clock time. We have one night a week where we snuggle on the settee and catch up on TV and one date night a week where laptops, mobiles, TV and children are banned. We used to get a babysitter and go out on date night but now that we're watching the pennies a bit more, we just put the kids … [Read more...]
Muses and Subordinating Clauses….
Dear Miss Frugal's Teacher,Thank you very much for the school report you sent home with Miss Frugal today, it made lovely reading. I'm very pleased to hear that she is using pertinent word choices in an appropriate manner and that she contributes her ideas freely and listens respectfully when others speak. I'm also impressed that she is responsible and hardworking and always well behaved in your class.I must admit I'm slightly concerned that you may have her mixed up with another child in your class because she certainly doesn't display all of these behaviousrs at home at times. … [Read more...]

After last months visit, I was much more relaxed taking her this time, I thought it was more of a formality as the doctor told us at the end of the last visit that you often never find out what's behind child dizziness and that she was just going to … [Read more...]
