Carrot and Courgette Muffins….
These carrot and courgette muffins taste way nicer than they sound and are perfect for freezing for packed lunches.When I was rooting around in my fridge yesterday morning looking for some sort of lunch inspiration, I found a couple of courgettes that were looking way past their best. A new found love of cooking….
Master Frugal is quite a complex child.He's happy and extremely loving but he tends to over think things and has a habit of worrying about things that he really doesn't need to worry about. I work on a Saturday about once a month usually and I always find on those weekends, because I only have the Sunday off, I'm determined to make Sunday a great day.
