Super Matcha Pancakes….
Matcha powder seems to be the 'in' thing right now and it's no wonder considering all of the health benefits that it's said to have for us. I'm not an expert but from what I've read online it seems that matcha is rich in antioxidants called polyphenols which have been linked to helping fight heart disease and cancer, as well as supporting better blood sugar regulation, blood pressure reduction, and reducing anti-aging. The cheat’s version of McDonalds Shamrock Shake….
It occurred to Miss Frugal last weekend that we were going to be in New York not long after St Patricks day so she spend a good 15 minutes excitedly Googling and trying to find out if the Shamrock Shake will still be selling in McDonalds at that point.
