Things seem to have been so busy lately that cleaning the house has taken a bit of a backseat and we've been doing just the bare minimum needed to keep on top of housework. Don't get me wrong, the house isn't dirty in any way but I can look around each room and see all the little jobs that need doing and that annoys me. Last week I wrote about our visit to the Festival of Thrift but what I don't think I said was that it opened my eyes to just how many ways there were to save money and to be frugal and thrifty.
