Holidays are coming….

The most awesome day ever in the history of the world….
Today was supposed to have been a bit of a quiet day at home.It's seven years today since my Mam died and I've been feeling a bit down all week just knowing that the day was coming up. But instead of staying at home and dwelling on it, we went ice skating with some good friends and we had an amazing time.Master Frugal took two steps on the ice and decided that it wasn't for him but after watching everyone else, he decided that he was missing out and got himself back on the ice. As it's my lovely husband's birthday today, I decided to dedicate today's Saturday is Caption Day post to him ;-)We took this a few weeks ago at Madame Tussauds in London when we went to see the Christmas lights on Oxford Street being switched on. Which pink do you think….
On Saturday we've lived in our house for four years and although I'm gradually starting to get sorted, it's still very magnolia. I have no idea where the time has gone but I'm determined not to start another new year with decorate the house being one of my New Year Resolutions!The children's bedrooms were the first rooms we decorated when we moved in as we wanted them to be comfortable in their new bedrooms.
