What I’ve learned this week….
I've learned that I must be more specific when giving instructions!I took Buddy for his pre-Christmas cut this week and asked the lady to cut him shorter than last time as he's taken to rolling around in the mud which is a nightmare to get out of his fluffy coat. Christmas Trees – Colour coordinated or not….
Once upon a time, before I had children, I used to have a lovely colour coordinated tree. In its former life, it was a display tree in a shop and I was lucky enough to be there doing my last minute shopping on Christmas Eve when it was being taken down to make space for the after Christmas sale. What’s wrong with being Ginger Mummy…
As I'm sure regular readers will know, my children have beautiful ginger hair (or at least I think it's beautiful).I love their hair colour and until yesterday they'd never experienced anything other than positive comments about their hair colour but last night when I took them shopping a little boy pointed at us and said 'Look at that ginger family Dad' and laughed. Club rules….
Miss Frugal and her friends have a club. I've absolutely no idea what they do in their little club, I just know that when they have their meetings at our house they giggle a lot and require me to supply lots of jaffa cakes.
