This Summer was the Summer of the Scooter - my two played out on theirs every minute that they could, as did all the other kids in the neighbourhood who all have the same type of scooter incidentally). Things I want you to know about Daddy….
In years to come, my children can learn lots about me by reading this blog. Weird….
Remember Buddy, my Bichon Frise puppy? Well he's nine months old now and he's my little buddy (See what I did there? Buddy is my buddy ;-)). He sleeps on the floor on my side of the bed and in the morning when my alarm goes off, he jumps on the bed for a cuddle. He follows me around while I get ready then he goes back to bed and sleeps on Mr Frugal's side until he wakes up. He snuggles up with me on a night when we're watching TV and even now, he's sat resting his head on my knee, snoring while I tweet. A Day at Lightwater Valley….
Last Sunday, when the sun shined for the first time in a week, we took the kidsand one of Miss Frugal's friends to Lightwater Valley for the day and had a fantastic time. Unlike previous visits to theme parks, Miss Frugal wanted to go on everything which is fantastic because I don't really do rides and Master Frugal certainly doesn't so now she can go on the big rides with her dad while we get to watch them squealing their way round them all.
