I wanted to try and do something different for this weeks Gallery but as usual I left it too late to do anything impressive or clever. After a quick play on Picassa trying to black and whitify (I know, not a word) some of my favourite pictures I gave up and went to ask Mr Frugal for his thoughts on what I could take a photo of that would represent the theme of black and white. What did you do last night….
Mr Frugal and I have been married for ten years this week and to celebrate we went to see Peter Kay last night at the Newcastle Metro Radio Arena and it was fantastic - a perfect way to celebrate. I know this picture doesn't show it but we actually had really good seats (apart from the fact that everyone was squashed in like sardines) and my chest actually hurt from laughing solidly for two hours. Not that we're twelve or anything but when someone gave Miss Frugal one of those electronic twenty question games, we couldn't resist trying out it's knowledge of slightly more grown up objects. I've just had to tell Master Frugal off when he had a bit of a mood because he couldn't watch Ben 10 before bed. I tried to rationally explain to him that it was bedtime and if he didn't get some sleep he would be tired tomorrow.
