I’m back….
What with half term last week and the stressful week I've had this week I've not been around much. It's been horrible at work lately as there've been loads of rumours flying round about some big announcement that was coming, I usually try not to get caught up in rumours at work as it's a bit like chinese whispers but this time I just couldn't help it. The Gallery – My World….
THE PROBLEM: This week's theme for The Gallery is Still Life and I've wandered round the house this evening looking for something ordinary that I could somehow turn into a picture that would amaze you all with my fantastic photography skills. Unfortunately, I don't actually have much in the way of photography skills and the sun was shining outside making me want to go out and play with the kids. Dilemma….
As the title suggests, I have a dilemma and need your help.I'm generally not a person who cares about household objects but I love, love, love my Smeg fridge. I've always wanted one and I bought a second hand one off someone at work last year for £150.00 - an absolute bargain considering they cost over £1000.00 when they're new. Look at it, it's beautiful. It's a lovely mint green colour that matches my kitchen lovely and I love it (have you noticed how many times I've said that?)BUT, lately it's developed a few 'little' issues. Who’s Afraid of the Big Bad Tooth Fairy…?
A very exciting event has occurred this evening in the Frugal household - Master Frugal has lost his first tooth!At least it was exciting until it dawned on him that the tooth fairy would be paying him a visit tonight while he was asleep. To cut a long story short, after ten minutes of tears and trying to persuade him that the tooth fairy isn't evil, the tooth is now sitting on our TV cabinet in the living room.
