Three Prom dresses for under £7.50….
A couple of months ago I was sat with Miss Frugal watching a TV show about a group of girls getting ready for their proms and the cost of some of the dresses they were wearing was astronomical - I'm talking a month's worth of food shopping budget on the dress alone.
