Chilli and lime roasted tomatoes is one of my favourite quick and easy recipes - it's perfect for when we have people round and even better when I'm on my own as I don't have to share. ;-)All you need to make it are a pack of cherry tomatoes, one or two limes (depending on how juicy they are), a couple of garlic cloves and a fresh chilli.
