Oh Dear! As far as Slimming World goes, 'oh dear' pretty much sums up my week as I was determined to enjoy my holiday in New York as much as possible so I rather generously gave myself a week off Slimming World.I've had an amazing week away with the kids though and although I know I could have made the effort and eaten much better than I actually did, I don't feel disappointed with myself in any way because I made a conscious decision to not stick to plan and to work extra hard when I got back to lose whatever I put on.When I stepped on the scales this … [Read more...]

This week was filled with temptation but I've just got back from my weigh in and surprisingly, I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself.
