You all know that I love a good pre-loved bargain and I usually round up all the bargains I manage to pick up in one monthly post but I haven’t had much chance to go visit my favourite shops lately so I did a bumper visit to all my favourite ones this morning.
I was absolutely over the moon with the clothes I managed to buy today.
I went shopping with a purpose which was to get some clothes that would be suitable for the colder weather and really wanted some tops and warmer dresses so when you see what I got, you’ll get why I was so pleased!
My favourite buy of the day is this top which is an exact duplicate of my current favourite top from Blue Vanilla but in a different pattern to the one I have. It’s so flattering and comfortable to wear and it looks great with a pair of jeans for a lovely ‘jeans and a nice top’ look.
For £3.09, I couldn’t have been happier, especially as I know the selling price new is £20.
Next up, I bought a brand new still with tags on top from Primark which set me back £3.00. It’s such a pretty colour and the oversized fit makes it super comfortable to wear so I’m really happy with this top too!
The price tag said £13.00 so I feel like this was a pretty good bargain that I’ll get lots of wear out of!
The last top that I bought today was £3.59 again and the photo doesn’t do it justice in any way! It’s a lovely floaty chiffon material with a stretchy top underneath and it looks so lovely on.
I then found the most amazing Joe Browns dress which will be perfect for work on a cooler day. I actually put this on when I got home for the rest of the day and it’s currently in the washing machine as I spilt some of my tea on it. Because I can’t wait to share this post, I got this photo on eBay where the dress is selling second-hand for £22 but the new price would have been around £45 so the £7.59 that I spent looks good, right? 😂
It’s ridiculously comfortable and looks great on with a pair of boots which is how I wore it today.
I then found a pair of brand new with tags jeggings from M&S for £3.00. They’re even in the short length that I need for my little legs which makes them perfect!
They’re a different colour to what I’d usually wear but I have lots that I can pair them with so I can definitely make them work for me.
And the last thing I have to show you today is a skirt which is the kind of floaty style that I love to wear when I wear longer skirts. It was quite cheap and if I’m honest, it’s probably something I’d scroll right past if I saw a photo of it as it looks pretty grandma-ish in my photo but it looks lovely in real life.
It was a bargain at £2.75 and I’ll get lots of wear out of it either with a nice t-shirt or a jumper depending on the weather.
I know this post has been all about charity shop buys but I do love Vinted too for bargain preloved clothes so I have a post on how to buy on Vinted and a post about the things I’ve sold on Vinted if you want to read more about that. I even have a post about how much I made in a weekend selling on Vinted a little while ago to give you an idea of how much you can make.
