She’s been at it again!
Miss Frugal loves making homemade beauty treatments and over the last few months I’ve shared her homemade lip scrub, lavender and oats bath soak and her beautiful lime and ginger body scrub. Today she spotted an avocado in the fridge and decided that she was going to make herself a face mask….
Avocado and Honey Facemask
1 avocado
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon of water (you could use lemon juice but Miss Frugal has sensitive skin so we went with water)
It’s really easy to make, you just mash the avocado and give it a good mix!
It keeps for a couple of days in the fridge so we put ours into a little glass jar ready for the planned sleepovers this weekend.
We couldn’t resist a little try of it though….
It could do with some oats in it I think to thicken it up but Miss Frugal assures me that this is how a face mask should be and it doesn’t matter if it drips a bit during the 10 minutes you leave it on your face!
