I have to admit my least favourite activity with the kids is painting, however, this just happens to be their favourite thing to do so yesterday I gave in and we painted.
I bought three tubs of paint – red, yellow and blue and gave them a little tray (tupperware lid) to mix any other colours up. Master Frugal was very impressed when he managed to make green all by himself 😉
All was going well until we decided to try some handpainting, this is the bit that I hate!
We made some lovely pictures and at least I have got the obligatory school holidays painting session out of the way!
