When I heard about the lovely Karin’s idea of #EmbraceHappy I signed up straight away as it sounded like a great idea – finding happiness every day!
Then I got busy and didn’t really have the chance to join in as much as I’d like to but last weekend, I realised that I really do want to join in more because I think I need it. It’s April already and between work, school and various bugs that we’ve all been suffering with, I don’t feel like I’ve achieved very much this year and I certainly don’t feel like I’ve had too much time to do the things that I want to do.
So, April is going to be my ME month.
I have a list of five things I want to do by the end of April that will make me happy:
- Choose some wallpaper for the feature wall in my Dining room and get it done!
- Spend more time outside with the kids.
- Master my new camera lens.
- Paint my bedside cabinets.
- Get my back garden sorted out.
They’re just little things but they’re things that I haven’t really had time to do lately and I know that doing these little things will make me feel like I’ve actually achieved something!
Now while, I’m getting on with that I’m going to ask you to do something for me.
For yourself actually….
