Hasn’t today been a gorgeous day?
I’ve had the windows open, the washing on the line and I’m feeling happy because the sun’s shining and I have a few days off work with the kids this week.
We decided to start something we’ve been planning for a while this afternoon to take advantage of the good weather – we went on our first family photo walk. We first talked about this a few weeks ago because Master Frugal would like to start taking more photographs and Miss Frugal would like to start going out for walks to different places. A family photo walk is the two combined which should keep everyone happy!
Today we just went for a stroll to the local park but we had a lovely albeit cold time – the sun might be shining but there’s still a chill in the air (as you’d expect in February I suppose).
Some of the photos are a bit blurred as little people took them but they all make me smile, especially the ones of Miss Frugal who seems to have an inbuilt need to pout whenever she sees the camera pointing at her….
Let’s hope this weather holds for half term – we might even get a few more photo walks in!
