I’ve always wondered how to separate an egg without making a mess as I usually end up getting my hands covered in egg when I try to do it and it often takes me more than one attempt to do it right!

Not so long ago, someone at work told me what their secret was to separating eggs and at the time I remember that I just nodded my head and smiled whilst thinking to myself that their method would clearly never work.

But then last night when we were making sugar mice we needed to separate an egg so I decided to give it a go and to my amazement, it actually worked so I enlisted Miss Frugal’s help to show you exactly how we did it in a Youtube video because if I tell you, you’ll probably think I’m making it up.
