First of all, if you’re asking the question of what to do with leftover Baileys then I take my hat off to you. A bottle of Baileys rarely lasts past New Years Eve in this house so personally, my first suggestion on what to do with it would be to just drink it and enjoy it as it is.
If you’re still here and haven’t left me to go drink your leftover Baileys then I’m guessing you’d still like some ideas. 😉
What to do with leftover baileys – make a no cook Baileys cake
This is a super simple, no cook cake that makes good use of your leftover Baileys. All you need is a ready made flan case (found in most supermarkets for way less than a pound usually), a pack of chocolate Angel Delight, some milk and your leftover Baileys. You just need to make up the Angel Delight as you usually would but substitute some of the milk for Baileys, it’s up to you how much you use but I’d say at least 50ml of Baileys is necessary or you will hardly taste it. Then just pour your Angel Delight mix into the flan case, leave in the fridge to set and voila, a perfect way to use up your leftover Baileys that will wow and impress anyone who tries it!
What to do with leftover baileys – make chocolate Baileys cupcakes
These are my favourite cupcakes ever and they taste every bit as delicious as they look. I blogged the recipe here if you want to try making them yourself.
So there’s my two favourite ways to use up leftover Baileys (three if you include my helpful suggestion to drink it). What’s your favourite way to use it up?
