Can you believe it’s the last day of February today? How mad is that!
I am off work this week so I have decided to set myself a little meal plan challenge to spice up my weekly meal plan as it’s got a bit boring (actually – a lot boring). I am going to cook a different meal every day this week so if everything goes according to plan, I’ll have lots of new things to add to my weekly plan in future and lots of posts for you to show you what I’m doing….
So here’s this weeks meal plan challenge meal plan (if that makes any sense):
Monday
Lunch – Spanish Omelette
Tea – Home made chicken pie with fries with veg.
Tuesday
Lunch – Corned beef and potato pie
Tea – Some sort of risotto
Wednesday
Lunch – Leftover corned beef and potato pie
Tea – Quick Tea as out at a birthday party
Thursday
Lunch – Egg on toast
Tea – BBQ Chicken and Fries
Friday
Lunch – Egg on toast
Tea – Chicken Satay and Rice
Saturday
Lunch – Bacon sandwiches
Tea – Quesadillas with home made potato wedges
Sunday
Lunch – American Style Pancakes
Tea – Sunday Dinner, obviously.
