These motivational colouring pages for grown-ups are just what you need to take some time for yourself and relax while you make something pretty.
Did you know that colouring is actually proven to be good for your mental health! Studies apparently show that colouring has the ability to relax your brain. It’s said to induce the same state of mind as meditating does by reducing the thoughts of a restless mind and I know that I for one, would benefit from that at the moment.
These three colouring pages not only relax your mind but they’re also super pretty and super motivating with their messages.

When the kids were little and had something on their mind, I used to print out some colouring pages and sit down and colour with them and gradually, they’d relax and share what was on their mind with me without even really thinking about it.
And even when they didn’t have something going on, I always found that they’d relax more when they were concentrating on colouring so I often used to colour with them just to connect with them if that makes sense. I’d always recommend colouring with your kids, especially as they get older. 😂
