Over the last few weeks we’ve been having a bit of a budget living room makeover – so far I’ve bought a new sideboard from Argos reduced from £90 to £30 and a huge rug for the bargain price of £25 but I still needed some new curtains so yesterday we popped to the shop to get some. We didn’t find what I wanted in the first shop, or the second, or even the third and by the time we got to the sixth curtain shop the men of the family were getting more than a little impatient.
I caught them sat on one of the display settees like this:

And just in case you were wondering, I gave up on curtain shopping and ended up getting the material to make my own instead. 😉
