I have lots of money saving tips – in fact, one of my most popular posts ever is a post that is jam packed with over 50 money saving ideas so when Scottish Friendly asked me to share my favourite tip with you to celebrate the launch of their #ThriftyFamily campaign, I thought it would be a bit of a doddle.
But I’ve been sat here trying to think of just one tip for about twenty minutes now.
Will it be to always plan your meals, to shop around for bargains, to make the most of free things or will it be something more specific, like how to save money on your gas and electricity?
But when it comes down to it, the best advice I can give anyone is something you need to do before you do anything else.
