Every week I share five frugal things that I've done during that week just to show you that the small things you do all add up to a great frugal lifestyle where you can learn to live a fabulously frugal life. I'm back after a break last week (I shared my reason for that here if you fancy a good laugh at my expense) although I'll be honest, I haven't really been out and about too much after my 'accident' and have spent a lot of the last fortnight resting my leg so there's not too many exciting things to share in today's post!Hey! 👐1) First up, I want to give … [Read more...]
10 frugal habits you NEED to learn….
Frugal Habits that will save you money every single day!Obviously, you know that I'm a fan of saving money, right? I'm the first to admit that it's not been particularly easy for me to switch to a frugal mindset and truth be told, I'm probably not as frugal as I could be these days. Over the years though, some of the things I've done have become habits and it's those frugal habits that mean that even when I'm not thinking frugally, I'm still doing OK!These are some of the frugal habits that I didn't do before but I now do automatically: 10 Frugal Habits … [Read more...]
Let’s Catch Up {April 2022}….
OK, a while ago I started a weekly catch up post on a Sunday because I missed the chatty side of blogging and it felt like there was loads on my mind that I wanted to share. Turns out that my life wasn't exciting enough to make it into a weekly thing as I ran out of things to tell you around week three. 😂. But I think I could possibly have enough going on that I could make it a monthly thing instead so that's what this is - the first of many (or at least a couple) month catch ups!I'll go first, shall I? I had a bit of an accident about a week and a half ago which is why I've … [Read more...]

These super cute Rice Krispies Pops with Easter Sprinkles are so easy to make and I guarantee the kids will love eating them almost as much as they'll love making them with you! We've made something similar to these cute little Easter treats before but we moulded the Rice Krispies into triangle shapes with green candy melts to make them look like Christmas trees but that was obviously when the kids were younger and weren't too cool to make things like this with me. It's been ages since I've made something fun like this but last weekend I was supposed to make some … [Read more...]
Five Frugal Things we did this week {8th April 2022}….
Every week I share five frugal things that I've done during that week just to show you that the small things you do all add up to a great frugal lifestyle where you can learn to live a fabulously frugal life. Hey! 👐1) I made a big batch of my Butternut Squash Carbonara minus the pasta so basically just the butternut squash sauce-y bit and now have five single servings in my freezer ready to use when I need them. Warning: there is no way that I can make this look pretty as it's basically orange mush but it's an extremely tasty and healthy orange mush so I'm … [Read more...]
Review: Wild Deodorant…
I am trying to be more sustainable wherever I can be so Wild Deodorant has been on my radar for a little while now but I just never got round to ordering some - until last month when I finally took the plunge. This is my experience of Wild Natural Deodorant...Also, in case you're curious - I paid for this product myself as it was something I wanted to try. I'm sharing my experience because, after so many years of blogging, I genuinely want to tell you about things I like (or don't like). I'm really trying to be more sustainable with everything I do and I am switching to more … [Read more...]
