Tesco Clubcard PLUS launched a couple of years ago with the promise that you could make savings of over £400 a year in exchange for a monthly fee of £7.99. This super easy, 3 ingredient mini egg fudge is really just my way to justify buying the family size bag of mini eggs at the shop last night!
