Today was supposed to have been a bit of a quiet day at home. It's seven years today since my Mam died and I've been feeling a bit down all week just knowing that the day was coming up. But instead of staying at home and dwelling on it, we went ice skating with some good friends and we had an amazing time.Master Frugal took two steps on the ice and decided that it wasn't for him but after watching everyone else, he decided that he was missing out and got himself back on the ice. Over the two and a half hours we were there, the improvement in his confidence was amazing and he can now … [Read more...]
Saturday is Caption Day – the one with the Terminator….
As it's my lovely husband's birthday today, I decided to dedicate today's Saturday is Caption Day post to him ;-)We took this a few weeks ago at Madame Tussauds in London when we went to see the Christmas lights on Oxford Street being switched on. I came across him at a car boot sale this afternoon for the grand old price of 30p and being the Moshi expert that I am, I snapped him up along with a couple of others I knew would sell well on eBay.It took me two minutes to put him on eBay (using the eBay app on my phone) with a start price of 99p and a … [Read more...]
