This week we're going full-on Slimming World with our meals as I try and get my head back in the game after a couple of weeks of making excuses for reasons why I can have a day off (or two, or three).I've had such a lot on over the last couple of weeks that it's been easy to justify in my head that I deserve a treat or that it would just be easier to not stick to the plan for that day but in reality, nothing feels as good as putting on a pair of trousers in the size down from what you normally wear or being able to zip up my pesky raincoat without sucking in. ;-)I want to lose … [Read more...]
