Remember my super-cute unicorn bath salts? Well even after making a few batches of that, I still had lots left of the Epson Bath Salts so I thought I'd try my hand at making a more grown-up version. I've made a couple of smaller batches of this simple DIY bath salts mix and tried various different essential oils so today, I thought I'd share how to make your own relaxing bath salts mixture and also which combinations of essential oils I've found work well together. My DIY relaxing bath salts are not only easy to make, in small or large batches, they also really do the … [Read more...]
Homemade Bird Feeder in a mug….
I'm re-sharing this homemade birdfeeder in a mug tonight because it feels like a good time to remind people that our little feathered friends might need a bit of help at this time of year. Before I share it again though, I'm going to tell you why I was reminded of it earlier today and maybe one of you lovely people can give me some tree advice. 😁So, I have a tree outside my bedroom window which I've always thought was a Rowan tree due to its bright orange berries and over the last few weeks, it's been the streets most happening meeting place for birds judging by the … [Read more...]
Peanut Butter fudge recipe….
Oh. My. Days. Peanut Butter Fudge is amazing - how have I never tried it before? I bought a couple of cans of condensed milk ages ago ready to make some of my famous (in my own head) Nutella Fudge to take into work but for obvious hygiene reasons at the moment, taking homemade food into work at the moment is kind of frowned upon so they've just been sitting there in my cupboard gathering dust. Working from home is something that more and more of us are doing at the moment so these cute little 'Meeting in Progress' door hangers might be just what some of you need!I think there's a general understanding from most people that someone working from home is probably going to have dogs barking in the background or kids walking in on video calls every now and again but every now and again you might have an important call that you really don't want to be interrupted while you're on it.
