Mmmm, I have just made a super quick Quorn chilli that is free on Slimming World and yummy enough for anyone.
All I did was mix a tin of baked beans with a tin of tomatoes in a pan. I added some Quorn chunks that I had in the freezer and a bit of chilli powder and then just let it all cook for about 10 minutes.
I couldn’t be bothered to cook rice (it always sticks to my pan) so I just put it on top of a jacket spud and topped it with some fat free fromage frais…… It was gorgeous.
