2012 was a great year for us as a family and I hope that 2013 will be even better.Everyone has their own reasons for living frugally and I know I've said this before (lots of times) but one of our reasons is so that we can afford to do more fun things as a family. This week is my favourite week of the year - we always have lots planned and everything just seems more exciting because we know that Christmas is so close. Another busy week this week - we have something planned for every night and I'm shattered just thinking about it! Meals are going to have to even quicker and easier so we can fit them in ;-)Monday - Filled Yorkshire puddings (see below).Tuesday - I'm out for tea with my friends for work as someone's leaving this week and seeing as Mr Frugal's at work, I'll be taking the kids with me. This week is a bit of a funny week as we had friends round on Sunday night for fireworks, then we were away in London until last night. Home spa day….
Last night Miss Frugal and I had our own mini homemade spa evening while the men of the house were doing man things together (playing on the Xbox and painting little figure things).We started with a nice hot bubble bath where we washed each other's hair and made hairstyles with the bubbles. Then we painted each other's nails and used some chocolate face mask that we won in a tombola last week.
