Slimming World Syn free pizza is definitely my new favourite tea! Not only is it Syn free, but it’s also cheap to make, quick to prepare and uses whatever you have in your fridge as a topping!
It’s syn free as you use a Weight Watchers wrap as the base rather than a dough and if you’re shaking your head right now and telling yourself that a pizza made with a wrap is not a real pizza then bear with me – I was just as cynical until I tried it!
How to make Slimming World Syn free pizza
What you need:
1 Weight Watchers wrap (Healthy Extra B Choice)
1 Portion Cheese, grated (Healthy Extra A Choice)
Tomato Puree for the base
Toppings – I used cooked shredded chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, red onion, spinach and some yellow pepper that I had in the fridge.
- Pop the wrap onto a baking tray and pre-heat the oven to around 190 c.
- Spread the tomato puree over the top of the wrap and then add your toppings.
- Make sure you don’t add big chunks of anything as the wrap pizza cooks quite quickly so anything big won’t get chance to cook through.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the pizza and pop it in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden (or until the edge of the wrap starts to get a little too crispy. 😉
I was really surprised by how much I enjoyed this and it looked so nice when it was done that the kids asked if they could have one too!
