You all know that I love a good pre-loved bargain, whether it’s from a charity shop, the car boot sale or even from somewhere online and this is my monthly post to share some of my bargains with you!
I know I say this pretty much every month but I genuinely love buying second-hand (here are 8 reasons why I think buying second-hand clothes is the future) and this month’s little haul has made me super happy as I got lots of great bargains!
First up is this super cute little dress from Warehouse which I bought for £2.99. It’s really pretty and a little bit different as it’s the same fabric on the top of the dress as it is on the bottom but it’s printed smaller on the top. I’m not going to lie, this is a teeny bit tight on the top so I’ll not be wearing it just yet but there’s no option to try anything on in the shop so I took a chance as the dress was so pretty.
Next up is a super practical waterproof jacket from M&S which I bought for £4.49 which is a huge bargain as it was brand new and they sell new for around £29.50 from what I can see. I’ve been on the hunt for a jacket like this and have actually tried on a couple from M&S but I wasn’t mad about the colours so this is perfect.
I bought a very practical but pretty black M&S cardigan which is going to be a wardrobe staple as the weather cools down. It was new with tags again and cost £3.49 which is another mad bargain if you ask me. It’s actually a bit too big but looks nice on as an oversized cardigan so I know I’m going to wear it loads!
Next up is a dress that I’m on the fence about and might actually take back! It’s actually really lovely and the photo doesn’t do it justice but it’s one of those dresses that you can wear a petticoat under to really show the fullness of the skirt and I’m just not sure I’m all about that even though I love the dress!
And the last one that I have to share this month was a total fail! I loved this little green dress and for £3, I thought it was worth the risk but when I got it home I discovered it was much shorter than I’d thought and is more like a top than a dress. Even looking at the photo below it doesn’t look that short but it really is much shorter than I’d be comfortable with.
Hopefully, I’ll be back next month with more pre-loved bargains.
And don’t forget, if you can’t get out to wander around your local charity shops then have a look at my favourite online charity shops!
