I love a good pre-loved bargain, whether it’s from a charity shop, the car boot sale or even from somewhere online so I thought I’d start a bit of a monthly round-up of some of the pre-loved bargains that I buy each month. Here’s September’s selection.
There’s nothing I like more than a good rummage through the local charity shops but until this last couple of weeks, I haven’t stepped foot inside of one since the start of March. I had a week off work this month though so I decided to have a cheeky little morning wandering around town (not my town, a little one near me has MUCH better charity shops) and you know what? It was just what I needed. 😇
Just look at this super-cute jacket from Per Una at M&S – a total bargain at £8.99 especially considering the immaculate condition that it’s in. I love it and can’t wait until the weather cools down a bit more so I can wrap up warm with this little beauty!
I love a good dress in the Winter and this is one that I loved as soon as I saw it on the clothes rail although, looking at the photo I’m sure some of you will wonder why I love it so much. 😂 I promise it looks nicer in person than it does here as the fabric is so pretty with so many different colours, shades and textures mixed in. It cost m3 £3.99 and I guarantee I’ll wear it loads all through Winter.
Another dress but this one is completely different and not like any that I already own. It’s a Roman Originals dress that set me back the grand total of £4.99 and the quality is amazing although again, I really don’t think that my photography skills on a grey September day are helping me show just what a great dress this one is.
I love this pretty little Next top that I found for just £3.99, it’s got chiffon floaty sleeves and a contrasting black detail which just looks fab if you ask me. It’s a couple of sizes too big but I loved it so seeing as it was only £2.99, I bought it thinking I could find a way to make it work and I was right. Because it is that bit too big it actually sits quite long which means I’ll be comfortable wearing it with just a pair of black leggings – if I’d bought it in my normal size then it would have sat too high to cover my tummy so I would have been forever pulling it down.
I do love all my new little bits and bobs but four new things in means four things out so I had a rummage through my wardrobe with the intention of finding four things to drop off at the charity shop near me but I ended up with way more than four things which is fantastic as my wardrobe was starting to look as though it could explode whenever I opened the doors!
Hopefully I’ll be back next month with more pre-loved bargains. 🤞
