It’s ridiculous how fast time is flying by at the moment isn’t it?
I’m sat here writing our meal plan and shopping list but it seems like only five minutes ago that I was writing last weeks! I’m still really tired but now I have a cold too so this week’s plan is going to be almost as lazy as last week’s was I’m afraid with comfort food all the way….
Monday
Roasted veggies but I’ll add some chicken or sausages to it I think and any leftovers will be added to cous cous for lunch the next day.

I’m not sure about Thursday yet, I really fancy making fish pie but Mr Frugal wasn’t too keen on my last few attempts so I stopped making it. I might have to hunt out a new recipe to try on him and see if I can change his mind!
Friday
Macaroni cheese – the ultimate comfort food to end what I think is going to be a long week!
When I have a bit more energy, I’m going to do some batch cooking as my freezers running a bit low at the minute and I could do with having a bit more to rely on in the freezer for when I don’t feel like cooking.
Do you batch cook at all, point me in the direction of any new recipes for me to try 😉
