I blogged about my unsuccesful Yorkshire Puddings a while back (here) and I thought I would share today’s attempt with you as Miss Frugal decided to try her hand at making them this afternoon.
I think she’s the next Nigella

I don't measure any of my ingredients, mine are always made 'by eye' as it were or 'guesswork' some may like to call it. That's the way my mam made them and if it was good enough for her then it's good enough for me. I think I have only once made Yorkshire puddings that I wasn't happy with and I've been married 21 years plus but was making them way before that.
Now suet dumplings, that's a different matter, they never seem to come out the same as mam's did and I make them as per the Bero recipe book!!!!
Can't win can we?

I have this "recipe" here

on my FB page (which is the same as jordiegirl - no measuring) - you should be able to access it through that link - it's foolproof and even my friend in South Africa, who is a self confessed failure in the kitchen, has tried it my way and it worked like a dream :D
